Dee Moskoff
Founder of iKapa Impact
Dee Moskoff is a seasoned non-profit leader and systems strategist with over 30 years of experience supporting community-led initiatives. She specialises in helping leaders translate strategy into action—designing practical systems and enabling collaboration in complex, resource-constrained environments.
With a multidisciplinary background in nursing, public administration, and human resource management, Dee brings a holistic, people-centred approach to building resilient networks that deliver meaningful and lasting social impact.
"We offer structured, meaningful placements where interns see the importance of their contribution toward responsible projects happening here in the local community."

Katie Conrad
Program Coordinator
At iKapa Impact I coordinate every step of the internship journey — from the moment an intern applies, to placements with our partner organisations across Cape Town, to the excursions and community experiences that make each programme unforgettable.
With a background in digital marketing, impactful entrepreneurship and a love for CSR, I connect talented students and professionals with the right opportunities — and I love watching each cohort grow into a supportive community that creates real, lasting impact in the local community.
